There is no “normal” in consumer goods. Consumer behaviors and preferences are constantly shifting, new competition and routes to market are always emerging, and existing competition is continually evolving. As the industry advances, we will need technology that advances with it.
We believe all that translates to the need for new capability. Agility is not accomplished without data visibility from the point of activity, to the right points of action. Let us call that “actionable visibility”.
New gains in agility must also involve utilizing 2020 technology to break through to new levels of customer service, operational productivity, and accountability.
