James is UK Managing Partner Simon-Kucher & Partners, the world’s leading pricing advisor. He heads up their Consumer Goods & Retail practice in the UK market, specialising in commercial strategy with a particular focus on Revenue Growth Management. He covers both UK and International clients, including several leading FMCG businesses and several Private Equity firms where he works across their portfolios. Areas of expertise & interest include pricing strategy, promotional optimisation and RGM organisation design.

Aidan founded the commercial strategy consultancy, Commercial Advantage, in 2004. In his career, he has worked with most of the top 100 FMCG companies, hundreds of retailers and advised C-Suite leaders in more than 30 of the largest global companies. Nigel Tordoff - MOLSON COORS BEVERAGE COMPANY, Chief Customer Officer (retired)

Nigel has more than 3 decades worth of global beer experience, culminating in his final role before retirement as Chief Customer Office for Molson Coors USA. Previously as GLOBAL vice president of customer excellence for Molson Coors, he has helped drive across multiple countries, increased capability in leadership, category management, e-commerce, selling capabilities and cloud based CRM. Nigel’s wide range of experience, growth and people mindset, plus a track record of challenging conventional thinking and identifying new growth opportunities, opens solutions and choices to many business challenges and positions him perfectly to help be first choice for customers.

Tom has almost 20 years’ experience working in a variety of Sales & Commercial roles for Global Consumer Product companies. Prior to joining Bayer he held a number of positions within Kerry Foods, RHM & Reckitt Benckiser. Tom is regarded as a ‘leader’ passionate about making a difference. He is widely regarded for his business knowledge and understanding of the inter-related processes within Bayer. As a result he was a very obvious choice to ‘own’ the Commercial Planning & Revenue Management project for Bayer in the UK and Ireland. Tom understands the importance and value of effective Revenue Management and has played a pivotal role in establishing Bayer UK as leaders in the Global ‘Customer Excellence’ programme.
